RellermeyerPartner advises listed Thai investor PCS Machine Group Holding PCL on acquisition of insolvent automotive supplier Küpper
The listed Thai investor PCS Machine Group Holding PCL has acquired the assets of H.J. Küpper System- und Modultechnik GmbH based in Cunewalde, Zelter GmbH based in Hennef (Sieg) and Küpper Hungária Fémfeldolgozó és Öntödei Kft. based in Tiszaújváros (Hungary).
A joint venture with the participation of the PCS Group also acquired the assets of H.J. Küpper Metallbearbeitung GmbH based in Velbert and August Küpper based in Heiligenhaus.
The Küpper Group mainly produces housings and modules for transmissions and turbochargers as well as chassis and steering components for the automotive industry and filed for insolvency in its own administration in May 2017.
